· -3- The next item on the agenda was the preliminary plat submitted by George ~ Fox. Mr. Fox failed to appear and the Board then moved on to the next item on the agenda which was the reevaluation of the unsafe building ordinance violation of the property located at 46 W. Main Street in Mooresville. Chairman Kimmel advised that nothing has been done to correct the unsafe building violation and that the owners were given 60 days from the February 26th meeting to make these corrections. Bill Abbott moved to instruct the Board Attorney to draft a letter to the owners of the property advising them that the 60 day time period for bringing the property in compliance with the ordinance is past and that if the Building Inspector advises the Board by the next meeting that the property is not in compliance the Board will authorize legal action to be taken. The motion was seconded by Steve Edwards and unanimously carried. The Board then moved on to the next item on the agenda which was the rezoning of the property located at 46 W. Main Street by the Planning Commission of the '- Katherine Baker House premises from A to General Business. The Board Attorney submitte d the affidavit of notice of public hearing listing all of the adjoining property owners who were to be served as well as the application for rezoning which the Board approved and authorized the President and Secretary to sign. Joe Beikman advised that for the previous month 6 permits were issued and 23 inspections performed.
