The final plat was reviewed by the Board and found to be in <br />order. Upon motion made by Tilford Bailey and seconded by Steve <br />Edwards the final plat was accepted as submitted. The petitioners <br />were advised that they would have to obtain the approval of the <br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville and the Town's Engineer- <br />ing firm in the installation of the sanitary sewers and connecting <br />the same to the Mooresville Sewer Works System. <br /> <br />The Board then discussed further aspects of the proposed buffer <br />zone with Attorney Lawson and agreed that a small change should be <br />made in the suggested buffer zone area.
