It is anticipated that recommendation would go before the Mooresville Board of Trustees at its regular meeting on May 16, 1978. The next order of business was the presentation to the Board of a final plat by Spring Hill Rooker Farms and Cloverleaf Properties, Inc. The final plat was reviewed by the Board and found to be in order. Upon motion made by Tilford Bailey and seconded by Steve Edwards the final plat was accepted as submitted. The petitioners were advised that they would have to obtain the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville and the Town's Engineer- ing firm in the installation of the sanitary sewers and connecting the same to the Mooresville Sewer Works System. The Board then discussed further aspects of the proposed buffer zone with Attorney Lawson and agreed that a small change should be made in the suggested buffer zone area. Further discussions are to be had in implementing the buffer zone. ~ Mr. Lawson presented letters which are to be mailed on May 8th to property owners Cecil Wineman, Hansford Benge and James Rippy asking that those property owners appear before the Board at the next regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 25th, concerning alleged violations of the Mooresville Zoning Ordinance.
