Howell <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Mills: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm the action taken by the Mooresville <br />Board of zoning Appeals on the petition for variance, which <br />was filed by your clients as listed above. <br /> <br />The Boerd acted unanimously upon the petition and the same <br />was granted to the petitioners to maintain and operate a <br />beauty shop at 45 East High Street, Mooresville, Indiana, <br />with stipulations as to the variance to be as follows. <br /> <br />1. The business sign shall be limited to 30" by 48". <br /> <br />2. The employees will be limited to 6. <br /> <br />3. There will be a parking lot in the rear of the building <br />p'lrsuant to the plat as presented, in the size of <br />55' by 120'. <br /> <br />4. The variance is granted to the existing structure <br />with the business operation to be on the lower <br />floors. <br /> <br />5.
