Those members present were: Steve
Edwards, Bennie Mendenhall, William Roberson, Robert Farmer, William
Abbott and Eweather Stephens.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the proposal for the
Newcomer Subdivision, lot 29, as submitted to the Plan Commission for

approval on March 17, 1975.
A new Plat was needed for approval since the name of the Subdivision
has been changed to "Taggart Woods" from the Originally approved Title.
The street going North Into the subdivision from Morgan Street was
relocated In order to preserve a tree; an Australian linden Tnee. In
changing the street the Southwest lot is lengthened by ten (10) feet
and the Southeast lot is ten (10) feet shorter than originally platted.
After Mr. Newcomer submitted the new plat and explained the
reasons for the changes, a motion was made by Bennie Mendenhall and
seconded by Steve Edwards, that the new Plat be approved as submitted.
The vote was unanimously in favor.
There being no further business, by unanimous consent, the
meeting was adjourned.

.~ ~
set~~ . ~

p~~~~() fJdJ-f~

....=~'O:--~ _

~ ,;",.:-----

-.....
