Members present werel Steve Edwards, <br />Bart Hensley, John Carney, Lewis Truax. Eweather Stephens and <br />Attorney for the Plan Commission, David Lawson. <br /> <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br /> <br />Before the plan commission was Petition #3, 1974 by <br />Morgan County Bank & Trust Co. Petitioners were represented by <br />Attorney Steve Mcilwain. Fonns pertaining to the requested <br />rezoning, from Residential As annexed to the town of Mooresvllle,to <br />Local Business. <br /> <br />There was no objection to the rezoning after evidence <br />for the need was presented by Attorney Mcilwain. The vote was <br />unanimous to re-zone as requested. <br /> <br />There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was <br />made by John Carney and seconded by Lewis Truax.
