<br />" <br /> <br />The Mooresvi11e Plan Commission met in regular session on Monday <br />evening, July 15, 1974. The following members were present: Mr. Steve <br />Edwards, President; Mr. Bart Hensley; Mr. Rich Keller; and, Mr. Louis <br />Truax. The attorney for the Board, David E. Lawson was also present. <br /> <br />In the absence of the Secretary, Mr. Edwards appointed Bart Hen- <br />sley to act as Secretary for the meeting. <br /> <br />There was no old business to come before the meeting and no pet- <br />itions filed for hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Ga1is Blackwell appeared before the Board and made inquiry <br />concerning what could be done in the event he purchased the property <br />located at High and Monroe Street and wished to put a double on the <br />north end of this lot. <br /> <br />Mr. Lawson explained the procedure of either seeking a rezoning <br />of the lot before the Mooresvi11e Plan Commission or seeking a variance <br />through the Mooresvi11e Board of Zoning Appeals. <br /> <br />Mr. Lawson was to forward a letter to Mr. Blackwell setting forth <br />these alternatives. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion duly made by Mr. Louis Truax and seconded by Mr. Bart Hensley, <br />this meeting was duly adjourned. <br /> <br />I~ Jo <br />A OJ Iv, Q ~ kYQ,V'~ <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />)\ ( <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />
