<br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br />September 17, 1973 <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />The Mooresvllle Plan Commission met In regular session on <br /> <br />September 17, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. Those members present were: <br />Steve Edwards, Hank Gajderowicz, Bart Hensley, and Eweather <br />Stephens. Mr. David Lawson, attorney for the Town Board was <br />also present. as was B16lll:tld Plan Commiss ion J.-1emher Rich Kelle f. <br />Mlntues of the last regularly scheduled meeting were read and <br />approved. <br />Attorney Steve Harris appeared before; the Plan Commlss Ion In <br />behalf of his client, Harold and Carolyn Estes, to Peesent plans for <br />re-zoning property at 311 Wheeler St, Mooresville, Ind., from <br />residential to Industrial. However, because of an error in the <br /> <br />legal advertisement of Intenetlons to re-zone, a motion was made <br /> <br />by Hank Gajderowica that the matter be continued until the October <br /> <br /> <br />'---' meeting with the understanding that the notice be re-writ:f:r, He' <br /> <br /> <br />ccvertised again in the Mooresville Times.
