<br />, <br />I <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br />April 16, 1973 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session <br />on Monday, April 16, 1973, with the following members present; <br />Steve Edwards; William Harris; Hank Gajderowicz; Bart Hensley; <br />and Rick Keller. The attorney for the Board, David E. Lawson, <br />was also present. <br /> <br />Minutes of the last regular scheduled meeting were read <br />and approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Benjamin Mendenhall appeared before the Board <br />the zoning classification of property which he owned. <br />Lawson advised him that according to the "use map" the <br />in question was presently zoned residential. <br /> <br />aSking <br />Attorney <br />property <br /> <br />Bart Hensley indicated he received a call from Mr. Howard <br />Dowers of the Indiana Bell Telephone Company inquiring as to <br />building set back lines; heights of buildings and parking re- <br />quirements for property owned by the Telephone Company in <br />Mooresville. Mr. Lawson is to contact Mr. Dowers and advise <br />him of the zoning regulation. <br /> <br />There being no further business coming before the Board <br />upon motion made by Rick Keller, seconded by William Harris, <br />the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />. ~u. rd <br />ActJ.ng Sec <br /> <br />
