<br />~ <br />I <br />F <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />April 24, 1973 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at a <br />called meeting on Tuesday, April 24, 1973, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The Board members present were winston Tackitt, william <br />Harris: William Ooley and David Loudermilk. <br /> <br />The purpose of the meeting was to hear the petition <br />filed by Robert Heath and Charles Partlow which was <br />docketed as No. 1-1973. <br /> <br />The attorney for the Board, David E. Lawson, was <br />present and informed the Board that he found the petition <br />and accompanying papers consisting of Notice to Adjoining <br />Land OWners, certified return receipts and the public <br />notice. <br /> <br />The petitioners were represented by Mr. Steve Harris, <br />attorney of Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br />No interested citizens appeared either in favor or <br />against the petition. <br /> <br />The petitioners presented their evidence through <br />Mr. Harris and Mr. Heath and were questioned at length <br />by the various members of the Board. <br /> <br />upon motion duly made by William Harris, seconded by <br />William Ooley and by unanimous vote the Petition for <br />Variance was granted conditioned that the apartments would <br />have a minimum square footage of nine hundred (900) feet. <br /> <br />4 if ~ ~' <br />i ' . <br />L 'L4~."d 'v' '. 4L! . ~ <br />presJ.'i:fent 0' Boar 0 ZonJ.ng <br /> <br />Appeals <br /> <br />/ <br />A~' st: <br />, // <br />! ,-/,/,' <br />"c-/' Cl-- -c~ _ T';::' .,f,- .' ...... <br />Acting sedretary <br /> <br />7~ <br />/C/c <br /> <br />,.~' <br />
