The Town Board will <br />be asked to confirm these terms. <br />NEW BUSINESS: Mr. Stockhoff, from labeco, submitted a petition for rezoning <br />of Lotll3 Bl. #20 and Lot #8, Bl. #6 - All Town statutes have <br />been complied with. <br />Mr. Fulk moved that the Phn Cormn. reccrmnend approval to the <br />Town Board of the rezoning petition. Seconded by G. Ditton <br />All Corom. members in favor, the Plan Corom. Approved the <br />petition to rezone. <br /> <br />~w. Robert Dunn addressed the Commission and asked procedures <br />to follow on a proposed multi-dwelling Co-Op apartment ccmplex, <br />on eight (8) acres off Indianapolis Rd. He stated the land hAS <br />been rezoned. ~w. Lind recommended ~w. Dunn make an application <br />for a V!lrbnce to the sub-division ordiMnce.. <br /> <br />A Motion to adjourn was mde by Sunnnerlot, seconded by Ditton. <br />Meeting adjourned.
