He was advised that no ordinance <br />existed controlling the distance and there were no legal restrictions to <br />the Boards knowledge. <br /> <br />Charlea Amy discuss guard sh~or the village shopping center and <br />solicited opinions pro or con for a trailer park. <br /> <br />\\end411 Trogdan member of Hooresville Park Board introduced Attorney <br />Ted Nearing who. diacribed plans for a 104 acre recreation park on the <br />east side of IndianapOlis Road, sout. of county line road. 104 acres <br />~I,5oo.oo per acre - to.al cost $157,500.00. The following items were <br />requested: <br />'-- 1. Sup~ort for their proposal and s $140,000.00 Bond Issue. <br />2. Haps Dipicting present use and future planning plus a current zone map. <br />3. A letter to Housing and Ur_an Development supporting the plan fulfilling <br />so.e of the requirements of B.U.D. for Federal Grant of $70,000.00, making <br />the park fund a grand total of $210,000.00. <br /> <br />Ahe Board aggred unanamouaily on the entire plan, they agreed to write the <br />letter t.f to the Housing and Urban Development, and recommend in writing <br />to the town board to authori.e funds for proper maps to be drawn. <br /> <br />'- <br />
