<br />6.16.010--6.16.050 <br /> <br />"-' <br /> <br />Chapter 6. 16 <br />BURNING OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH5 <br /> <br />Sections: <br /> <br />6.16.010 Garbage defined--Burning. <br />6.16.020 Burning trash, weeds, leaves. <br />6.16.030 Hours. <br />6.16.040 Container for burning. <br />6.16.050 Nuisance declared--Abatement. <br /> <br />6.16.010 Garbage defined--Burning. No person shall burn garbage <br />within the corporate limits of the town. Garbage is hereby defined to be food <br />waste. (Ord. 379 U, 1966). <br /> <br />'---..- <br />, <br /> <br />6.16.020 Burning trash, weeds, leaves. No person shall burn out- <br />doors any trash, leaves, weeds, or any other matter, within six feet of any <br />structure, building, fence, shrubbery, bush, tree or any other flammable <br />object; provided, that persons may burn such matter in a brick, concrete <br />block, or masonry incinerator which has been approved by the fire chief or <br />the building inspector. (Ord. 379 ~2, 1966). <br /> <br />6.16.030 Hours. After sunset and before sunrise, no person shall <br />burn outdoors any trash, leaves, weeds, or any other matter. (Ord. 379 ~3, <br />1966). <br /> <br />6. 16.040 Container for burning. No person shall, at any time or in <br />any place, burn any matter whatsoever unless such burning shall take place <br />in a container of metal, brick, masonry, or some other noncombustible ma- <br />terial. (Ord. 379 H, 1966). <br /> <br />6. 16. 050 Nuisance declared--Abatement. Violations of this chapter <br />are hereby declared to be a nuisance and the town is hereby authorized to <br />abate such nuisances. (Ord. 379 ~5, 1966). <br /> <br />'---- <br /> <br />5.
