1100resville, Indiana
Harch 3, 1970

Dear George,

After much thought and careful consideration, I feel I must write
this letter as a notice of my resignation from the 1100resville Plan
Commission. I would like to make this effective as of April 1, 1970 so
as this will give you time to secure a replacement.

I have had increased responsibilities both at my job and at home,
and feel I do not have the time to devoteto the Plan Commission like I
would like to.

As I have been Secretary to the Plan Commission, this has meant
extra time to put in on the writing and typing of the minutes, doing
research, etc., and I have not had the time to do these duties justice
like I would like to have done.

I consider myself fortunate to have been associated with the fine
fellow members on the Plan Commission. I will always remember their
friendship and co-operation. Their dedication to making 1100resville a
better commur~ty in which to live can not be fully appreciated until you
have worked w~th them and known them as I have over the past two years,

I hope my replacement will be better qualified than I, and I wish
you and the other members of the Commission continued success.

Sincerely,

~~~
Earl Magenheimer
CLY-
/'/72
