<br />MINUTES OF THE illORESVlLLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />April 14, 1969 <br />7:30 PM <br />Municipal Building <br /> <br />Those members present: Chairman George Worland, Winston Tackitt, Dale <br />Heshelman, Dave Loudermilk, Bob Johnson, Earl Magenheimer,&John Crose. <br />Vice-Chairman, Winston Tackitt, presided. <br /> <br />Minutes of the March meeting were read. John Crose moved and it was <br />seconded by Dale Heshelman that the minutes be approved as read. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A petition for zoning variance change from 1A to lC was received from <br />Ralph R. Storm for the construction of an 8 unit apartment building on Stormy <br />Lane in Sto~y Acres. Receipts from registe~mailings, notices of publications, <br />ete. were presented. Dale Heshelman moved the variance be granted. John Crose <br />seconded the motion and the motion carried. <br /> <br />Ray Garrison, l39~ East South St. submitted a petition for application <br />for the removal of a stroage shed on his property that was 7 ft. X 8 ft. and <br />replacing it with a 8 ft. X 16 ft. structure. Discussion followed as to the <br />exact location of present building and if the new building would be to large <br />so as to interfere with traffic in the alley-way. John Crose moved to waive <br />any action on the petition submitted until it is determined where the exact <br />location of present building is (this to be done by individual commission <br />members checking on it). This was seconded by Dale Heshelman and the motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Discussion then followed about the excess surface water onto the parking <br />lot of the IGA Grocery on State Road 267. It was decided that he should contact <br />the State Highway Dept. on this matter. <br /> <br />There was then discussion on the annexation proposal that would be presented <br />to the town board meeting on Tuesday, April 15. <br /> <br />After this, Dale Heshelman moved and it was seconded by George Worland <br />the meeting be adjourned.
