<br />minutes 10/69 (Cant.) <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Under new business John Crose stated the commission should send a letter to the <br />Town Board for speeding up the up-dating of the sewers. Both Mr. Carey and Dale <br />Heshelman stated they were having a meeting on Oct. 28 at 8:30 to consider this item. <br />John also stated he would try to have a man from the Water Pollution Control Dept,of <br />State Boar d of Health at the meeting. <br /> <br />After this an executive session followed. <br /> <br />After it was brought to the Commission's attention my Mr. Corey it was moved by <br />Dale Heshe1man and seconded by Marlow Fu1k that Mr. Corey send a letter to Mr. Robert <br />Williams, 139 East South St. stating he had failed to file for a building permit for <br />a building recently erected by him. and that the property wasn't zoned commercially <br />at prsent and he would have to get a permit for such perpose <br /> <br />It was then moved by Dale Heshe1..n and seconeed by John Crose that the meeting <br />be adjourned. <br /> <br />Earl Magenheimer <br />Secretary <br />
