<br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MOORESVILLE PIAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />Oct. 20, 1969 <br />7:30 PM <br />Municipal Bldg. <br /> <br />Members present: Winston Tackitt, Dale Heshe1man, Bob Johnson, John Crose, Chairman <br />George Wor1and,iEar1 Magenheimer, Marlow Fu1k. Attorney, Fred Corey, and Building <br />Inspector, Pete Robinson were also present. <br /> <br />This special meeting was called due to erronious procedure in voting RB in the <br />meeting of Oct. 13 pertaining to the 8 acres of the Kayls Tract being re-zoaed from <br />1A to 1C. <br /> <br />The motion was made by Dale Heshe1man and seconddd by Marlow Fu1k XkaX to re-zone <br />the Kay's TraEtfrom 1A to 1C but ..xm that a pemrnit not be issued until the present <br />sewer system was made adequate and up-to-date. The vote was unanimous for this motion. <br /> <br />Dale Heshe1aan moved for adjournment.
