Steve <br />Buchanan said they wanted a variety of homes and that not all would be FHA loans and <br />some would want more brick. They were just stating a minimum in the covenants to fit <br />an FHA loan. <br /> <br />After a lengthy discussion on percentage of brick, a motion was made by Commissioner <br />Crouch, second by Commissioner Bennett to apprçve PUD-R with an amendment on the <br />plat stating that 60% of the homes on Lots 1-15 were to be 75% brick, the remaining 40% <br />of the homes to be 40% brick, fire hydrants would be placed in accordance with <br />Mooresville Fire Department, and the addition of two streetlights.
