ct Commissioner McGuire asked where the entrance for lot 1 would be. Mr. Crouch said the driveway permit showed it would come in the northwest comer on Keys Road. Commissioner Pygman asked if he had any intentions of putting this on the Mooresville sewer lines. Mr. Crouch said no, it would be on septic system. He asked if this would be a mound septic system and he no. He said lot 1 came out superb and that he would not have to put in a perimeter drain. He said lot 3 had a little moisture and that he might have to put in a perimeter drain around it. The lot is high in the rear and low in the northeast comer, the lowest part of the property. Commissioner McGuire asked about the solar energy collection system. He said it was for heating the water for the swimming pooL Commissioner Williamson asked if lot 3 was already split from the part of the parcel and zoned B-1. He asked if the other two lots would be zoned residential. Mr. Crouch said that was correct. Commissioner Pygman asked iflot 2 had been part oflot 3 originally. Mr. Crouch said he was taking one acre from lot 3 to form lot 2 for the new house. Commissioner Bruner asked if the Data was available on the approval of the rezone of lot 3 to B-1. Mr. Crouch stated that it was in the County Plan Commission minutes. There being no further questions a motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, seconded by Commissioner Williamson, to approve the three lot minor plat with approval of the county engineer to move the driveway. Motion carried 6-0 with Commissioner ? Crouch abstaining. / Mr. Currens stated they needed the approval the appointment of Mr. Beikman as Signatory on the Wyttenbach Minor Plat. He suggested Mr. Beikman for the appointment for he had the time during the day to do it and it would come through his office to make sure all the requirements were met. Motion was by Commissioner Bruner, seconded by Commissioner Williamson, to approve Mr. Beikman as the Signatory for the Wyttenbach Minor Plat Escrow. Motion carried 7-0. Commissioner McGuire stated the Comprehensive Plan Committee would not meet tonight. Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, reported he had 22 permits issued and 75 inspections. There being no further business, Commissioner Bruner, seconded by Commissioner Crouch to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
