<br />ct <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuire asked where the entrance for lot 1 would be. Mr. Crouch said <br />the driveway permit showed it would come in the northwest comer on Keys Road. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pygman asked if he had any intentions of putting this on the Mooresville <br />sewer lines. Mr. Crouch said no, it would be on septic system. He asked if this would be <br />a mound septic system and he no. He said lot 1 came out superb and that he would not <br />have to put in a perimeter drain. He said lot 3 had a little moisture and that he might have <br />to put in a perimeter drain around it. The lot is high in the rear and low in the northeast <br />comer, the lowest part of the property. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuire asked about the solar energy collection system. He said it was <br />for heating the water for the swimming pooL <br /> <br />Commissioner Williamson asked if lot 3 was already split from the part of the parcel and <br />zoned B-1. He asked if the other two lots would be zoned residential. Mr. Crouch said <br />that was correct. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pygman asked iflot 2 had been part oflot 3 originally. Mr. Crouch said <br />he was taking one acre from lot 3 to form lot 2 for the new house. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bruner asked if the Data was available on the approval of the rezone of lot <br />3 to B-1. Mr. Crouch stated that it was in the County Plan Commission minutes. <br /> <br />There being no further questions a motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, <br />seconded by Commissioner Williamson, to approve the three lot minor plat with approval <br />of the county engineer to move the driveway. Motion carried 6-0 with Commissioner ? <br />Crouch abstaining. / <br /> <br />Mr. Currens stated they needed the approval the appointment of Mr. Beikman as <br />Signatory on the Wyttenbach Minor Plat. He suggested Mr. Beikman for the <br />appointment for he had the time during the day to do it and it would come through his <br />office to make sure all the requirements were met. <br /> <br />Motion was by Commissioner Bruner, seconded by Commissioner Williamson, to <br />approve Mr. Beikman as the Signatory for the Wyttenbach Minor Plat Escrow. Motion <br />carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuire stated the Comprehensive Plan Committee would not meet <br />tonight. <br /> <br />Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, reported he had 22 permits issued and 75 inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business, Commissioner Bruner, seconded by Commissioner <br />Crouch to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0. <br />
