Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Holloway told the commission he had advertised for everything except a Special <br />Exception which he is filing to be on the Board of Zoning Appeals Agenda in March. <br /> <br />Building: Mr. Holloway said he was not asking for any variances. The building would <br />be 9,375 square feet with a 6 foot chain length fence around the building and eighteen <br />parking spaces, two handicapped. Mr. Holloway said he wanted to stipulate and <br />condition the following three uses under a PUD -C - B-3 were acceptable without BZA <br />approval: Plumbing, Heating, & Air conditioning <br />Auto Parts Supplyl Specialty <br />Farm & Garden Supply <br />Mr. Holloway said they could stipulate a 2- hour firewall and the site plan would be <br />altered to allow the Street Department access to interceptor sewer. Commission McGuire <br />said that lot was ugly and probably it would be better to get a building on the lot. Motion <br />was made by Commissioner Ehrhart, second by Commissioner Crouch to approve a <br />building that fits B-2 or B-3 zoning. Motion carried 8-0. Mr. Holloway told the <br />commission he had made application to the Board of Zoning Appeals for the March 2003 <br />meeting asking for a collision center at this site with a special exception, he said he was <br />asking this board to have a finding of fact that this would not be abject to surrounding <br />area and businesses and would be compatible to the Master Plan. Commissioner <br />McGuire asked the amount of wrecked cars that would be parked outside. Mr. Holloway <br />told him they would address those commitments to the Board of Zoning Appeals. A <br />motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Crouch to have a <br />statement given to the Board of Zoning Appeals that this was a compatible use to the <br />Master Plan. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirteen (13) permits and forty-six (46) <br />inspections. <br /> <br />Commissioner Corbin asked the commission if they wished to continue with the paper <br />ballots. Consensus of the commission was yes. Commissioner McGuire announced that <br />each member had a new copy of the Master Plan to review for the next meeting.
