Motion carried
9-0.

Next on the agenda was Holloway Associates for Jim Dodds, final plat approval for the
Jarnestown Estates PUD at SlideoffRoad and Landersdale Road. He stated that
construction is well under way and no changes have been made to the original PUD
Zoning & Plan that was approved by the Plan Commission and Town Council in March,
except the buildings will have two-car garages as recommended by the Plan Commission.
The ten buildings of four units each will be eighty percent brick and have a minimum of
1500 square feet of living space. There will also be a clubhouse on the property. The
individual buildings were shown on the plat but will be brought before the Plan
Commission for approval when the time comes. They already have their sanitary sewer
permit from the State and construction for sewer and water will begin soon. Retention
basins almost completely surround the site. Chairman, Mike Young asked what the
stipulations were for a condominium association as far as how many condominiums had
to be sold before an association was formed and how long could the developer still make
changes. Ross Holloway stated that after one condominium was sold no more changes
could be made. He also explained that the only thing in the developer's rights was that
until fifty-one percent of the condominiums were sold the developer could determine
which buildings were built in what order. He was no longer selling the scooters that he had at one time.

Commissioner Crouch asked about the property at the comer of 144 and Orchard Road,
which was discussed at the last meeting. It was decided at that time that Joe Beikman
would check to see if they were "Grandfathered", however Joe was not present to report
his findings. Commissioner Crouch stated that now the guy directly across the road was
also selling cars in his yard. He has had as many as four in his yard at all times. The
commission decided to have Joe check on the property across the road as well.

Tim Currens stated that Joe Beikman had told him that he spoke to the owner of the
property on Washington Street that was being used as a double and told them to file for a
variance.
