will take their drainage to the swail on the north side of Honey & Me. The overall height of the
building will be 42 feet and there will two storage tanks for products. Commissioner Bryant
asked if he understood that the other businesses were not concerned with the height of the
storage tanks and Mr. Holloway said the tanks would only be twenty-two feet tall so they would
not be seen much. The tanks could rise up to thirty feet, as their business grows they can add
rings to provide for more product. They ace setting the building as far east as they can to
provide for future expansion, because the tank might slightly cross the building line.
Commissioner Bruner said they have looked at the plans and per the code for fire protection they
need to be able to reach 150' to any part of the building, which does not mean they have to have
an access road clear around the building. They will have to have an access road with a turn
around if it does not go clear around and fire hydrants properly located. Mr. Bruner said the
Indiana Fire Code reads that it only has to be a fire access road.

Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Ehrhart, made a motion to approve the site
plan for Lot 16 at Flagstaff Business Park for RSR Investments, with the comments that for the
purpose of future expansion there be access for fire apparatus. Motion carried 8-0.

Commissioner Bryant stated he would like to address the page of the Comprehensive Plan that
the Town Council would like to have reworded. They were asking that in the East and West
District the Plan Commission be as restrictive as possible in maintaining the low density
residentiaL They feel that the way it is written it is very broad. Mr. Currens stated he
understood what was being said and he will reword that portion of the plan that would be
acceptable to both parties. Then he will bring it back to both parties for approval.

Mr. Beikman, Building Inspector, reported there were 24 permits and 56 inspections.

The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be Thursday, March 25, 2004, at
6:00 P.M. at the Mooresville Town HaIL

There being no further business before the Plan Commission at this time, a motion was made by
Commissioner Bruner, second by Commissioner Crouch, to adjourn. Motion carried 8-0.

A TlEST:

,/j 1
iill!tJ/h1-
se~~ .
I .. .~
/

4
