Commissioner Bryant <br />asked if he understood that the other businesses were not concerned with the height of the <br />storage tanks and Mr. Holloway said the tanks would only be twenty-two feet tall so they would <br />not be seen much. The tanks could rise up to thirty feet, as their business grows they can add <br />rings to provide for more product. They ace setting the building as far east as they can to <br />provide for future expansion, because the tank might slightly cross the building line. <br />Commissioner Bruner said they have looked at the plans and per the code for fire protection they <br />need to be able to reach 150' to any part of the building, which does not mean they have to have <br />an access road clear around the building. They will have to have an access road with a turn <br />around if it does not go clear around and fire hydrants properly located. Mr. Bruner said the <br />Indiana Fire Code reads that it only has to be a fire access road. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Ehrhart, made a motion to approve the site <br />plan for Lot 16 at Flagstaff Business Park for RSR Investments, with the comments that for the <br />purpose of future expansion there be access for fire apparatus. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bryant stated he would like to address the page of the Comprehensive Plan that <br />the Town Council would like to have reworded. They were asking that in the East and West <br />District the Plan Commission be as restrictive as possible in maintaining the low density <br />residentiaL They feel that the way it is written it is very broad. Mr. Currens stated he <br />understood what was being said and he will reword that portion of the plan that would be <br />acceptable to both parties. Then he will bring it back to both parties for approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Beikman, Building Inspector, reported there were 24 permits and 56 inspections. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be Thursday, March 25, 2004, at <br />6:00 P.M. at the Mooresville Town HaIL <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Plan Commission at this time, a motion was made by <br />Commissioner Bruner, second by Commissioner Crouch, to adjourn.
