be ornarnental streetlights. Mr. Holloway said there was no set pattern and there
probably would be omarnentallighting.

Commissioner Bennett asked if the three different appealing elevations was the only
stipulation. Chairman Young said yes. Mr. Holloway said everything else had been
approved. Commissioner Ehrhart said we discussed a possible porch on the front. There
is a concrete stoop on the front. Commissioner Williarnson asked if the plan commission
could put a limit on the number of the two dormer homes that could be built. Mr.
Holloway said there were a three bedroom and a four bedroom with lofts. This would be
up to the individual buyers. A motion was made by Commissioner Bruner, with a
second by Commissioner Bennett to approve the final plat with the three different
elevations, with 8/12-pitch roof along Knightsbridge, and 6/12 pitches on the rest.
Motion carried 7-1 with Commissioner Bryant opposed.

Bob Griffin, surveyor, appeared with Danny Thomas for approval of a two lot minor plat.
They were asked to come back with siguatures from adjoining homeowners with a
maintenance agreement for the road. Mr. Griffin had also put setbacks on the drawing.
Mr. Griffin told the commission that Judy Mason from the County told him he was not
required to obtain a soil erosion permit because less than five acres was being disturbed.
Mr. Griffin told the commission that since Mr. Thomas was downsizing and building a
smaller home. He said the county ordinance for soil erosion requires anything over one-
half acre needed a permit. Building Inspector Joe Beikman said the ordinance says one
acre requires a permit.

Commissioner Bryant asked about the letter of concerns from Mr. and Mrs. Summers.
Mr. Griffin said they had signed the agreement and they had their home for sale and
would be moving next month.

Chairman Young told the commission all parties concerned had signed the road
maintenance agreement. A motion was made by Commissioner Crouch with a second by
Commissioner Bryant to approve the two lot minor plat subject to complying with the
erosion control Rule 5. Motion carried 8-0.

Next, Ross Holloway presented a request for final plat approval for Lakeside Commons
on Hadley Road. He told the commission that Section I and Section 2 were single-family
homes. One home has been completed and two homes have begun construction. He said
Section 3 would be single-family attached homes, double units each with each family
owning one-half acre lots.

Commissioner Ehrhart asked what interest had been show to the project. Mr. Holloway
said he did not know, but did not think they would be requesting final plat approval on
Section 3 if they didn't think the homes would sell. A motion was made by
Commissioner Ehrhart with a second by Commissioner Bryant to approve the final plat
subject to payment of Availability Fees for Sections 2 and 3. Motion carried 8-0.
