Is 6.4 acres with all lots being nice size. Mr. Holloway showed all of the septic and road
ways etc. Commissioner McGuire asked about the drainage for lot 3, because of the
Septic systems on either side. Mr. Holloway explained that the size of the lots and a creek
that runs along there would be ample drainage. With no other questions Commissioner
McGuire motioned to accept the request for the 4-lot minor, second by Commissioner
Bryant. Motion carried 9-1.

Mr. Holloway brought back a plat for lots 14 & 15 to be resigned. The plat of the
Trogden Addition was changed, because of having the wrong name of the owner and a
change of set backs from Indianapolis Road. Chairman Young asked Commissioner to
look over the changes before they would signed.

A letter was concerning a lot of junk cars on the corner of Joppa and White Lick Roads.
Commissioner McGuire suggested that since this is not in town, a letter be drafted to the
County Commissioners concerning this problem.

Joe Biekman reported 21 permits and 72 inspections.

Commissioner McGuire brought to the boards attention other small towns that have
clustered areas and more green space. They have bigger homes on smaller lots. It was
also discussed who would take care of parks and other green space. Mr. Currens said that
he also had been looking to some other areas ordinances. Mr. Currens, said we need to
Comprehensive Plan and well as Ordinances need gone over. There was a lot of
discussion on play grounds, maintenance, and what is best for the community. This
matter will be discussed at another time.

Commissioner Williamson brought up weed on the lot next to the Dairy Queen. Erma
Holmes will contact the owner on this matter.

With no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time, a motion was
made by Commissioner McGuire and seconded by Commissioner Bryant to adjourn.
Motion carried 9-0.

The next meeting of the Mooresvillc Plan Commission will be on Thursday, September
23, 2005 at 6: p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall.

ATTEST:
