A motion was made by Commissioner McGuire and a second by Commissioner Logan to
continue the Preliminary Plat approval for Dan Roberts, Long Meadow, to the next
meeting of the Plan Commission on Thursday, June 23, at 6:00 P. M. No new notices.

Mr. Holloway gave a "heads up" on property owned by Allen Tutewiler which sets
between the Jackson Property and Highway 67 at entrance into Mooresville. The Jackson
property is where the nursing home and condos are going to be located and it is zoned B-
3 blended into residential and their common area adjoins the Tutewiler property. First
Indiana Bank wishes to build a bank on this location. Commissioner McGuire asked if
the drive into the business area is the same one to the nursing home. Mr. Holloway
answered no; there will be a common drive for all the business area. Commissioner
McGuire asked if this drive could also service the bank. Mr. Holloway will bring that up
to the J acksons.

A representative for Weliever Chevrolet handed out proposed dates for car tent sales
(attached). They requested approval to hold the tent sales at Marsh. There will be a tent
the size of 60 X 60 and less than 100 cars. A motion was made by Commissioner
McGuire with a second by Commissioner Ehrhart to grant their request. Motion carried
7-1 with Commissioner Corbin opposed.

Mr. Holloway also gave a "heads up" on Amberwood, the twenty three acres behind
Knightsbridge. There are 21 to 22 buildable acres. There would be four homes per acre.
The homes are units in four-plex buildings, eleven buildings in total plus a clubhouse and
a pool. Two-car garages are on the side and the smallest unit is 1200 square feet. The
selling price per unit is $150,000 to $225,000.

Attomey Currens said the Barlow property was probably zone properly. He did send a
letter they need to look at unlicensed vehicles to see if they would fall under abandoned
vehicles. Other than that they came in as a non-conforming use.

The facility behind Tackett's Auto is fenced on one side but not on the other. It's fenced
all the way around but privacy only on one side. It is only required to be fenced.

Commissioner Ehrhart said the old Perkins Restaurant is not mowing the grass; the
Clerk-Treasurer will find out who owns it now and send a grass letter.

Building Superintendent, Joe Beikman, reported twenty-eight (28) permits and forty-six
(46) inspections.

There being no further business to come before the commission at this time a motion was
made by Commissioner Ehrhart with a second by Commissioner Berwick to adjourn the
meeting. Motion carried unanimously.

The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be on Thursday, June 23,
2005, at 6:00 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall.
