Chief Viles questioned if it is the Police Department's <br />responsibility to address the Towns long standing refuse <br />problems in residental areas, or if they should go through <br />the Zoning Board or Town Court. Tim Currens advised tha~ <br /> <br />violations would go through Town Court, and that letters <br />can, and have been sen~ from the Clerk Treasures Office. The <br />goal being compliance, not fines. <br /> <br /> John Burnside brought up ~he Five Ton Limit on N. Indiana <br /> <br />St. ordinance. He feels there are many trucks going up <br /> <br /> Indiana S~. to get to SR 267.
