<br />A motion to accept the replat was made by Commissioner Williamson, second by <br />Commissioner Corbin. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda was Holloway Engineering, representing Jack Perry, <br />requesting amendment of Lots 4B and 4C of South bridge Crossing. The purpose of the <br />amendment is to create lots 4-B2 and 4-C2. Lot 4-B2 is almost a half acre and Lot 4-C2 <br />is almost one acre. Any developments on these lots would have to come before the <br />Commission for site plan approval. Building Commissioner, Joe Beikman, asked the <br />Commission to stipulate that the lots could not be used at all without coming before the <br />Commission for approval because there was a special exception on those lots. <br /> <br />A motion to approve the amendment of Lots 4B and 4C of Southbridge Crossing was <br />made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Ehrhart. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />The last item on the agenda was the discussion of the Zoning Ordinance. Commissioner <br />McGuire led the Commission in a page by page comparison of the old and new Zoning <br />Ordinance books. Items discussed included zoning classifications for certain types of <br />businesses and the addition of the B-4 zoning classification. <br /> <br />Building Commissioner, Joe Beikman reported twenty-one permits and forty-six <br />inspections. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bryant mentioned that some Plan Commissions get more information in <br />their packets on the developments that are coming before them. Attorney, Tim Currens <br />stated that they could add some things to the filing requirements, such as directions to the <br />property and what their intentions are for it's development so that the members would <br />have more time to prepare. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be on Thursday, August 25, <br />2005 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time, a <br />motion was made by Commissioner Corbin, second by Commissioner Bryant. otion <br />carried 8-0. <br /> <br /> <br />ATT!!Y) . . <br />/~, CL/~t/ <br />Sepretary <br />i <br />
