by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Campbell to recommend to the Town Council <br /> this PUD multi-family is not in compliance with the Master Plan and to deny the request. Motion <br /> cmxied 8-0. This filing will come before the Town Council on July 8, 1997. <br /> <br /> Last, Ross Holloway presented the Molex Corporation Final Plat Approval. Tlff is on a ten acre <br /> parcel in White Lick Industrial Park. Huntington Bank issued a letter authorizing Molex to do the <br /> platting for the property. A motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by <br /> Commissioner Young to approve the Final Plat and include an additional fire hydrant, and the plat <br /> is to be signed by the appropriate owner at a later date. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br /> Building Inspector Joe Beikman stated he had a request for an additional building on a lot on an <br />· Agriculture zoned property. The residents want to add another kennel and an inside track for <br /> dogs. This property is on Rooker Road ( T & J Kennels). The Commission didn't see a <br /> problem with this request. Also brought up was the fact the newly extended Buffer Zone areas <br /> need to be looked at in relationship with the Comprehensive Plan to see if any zoning changes <br /> were needed. The Building Inspector reported twenty (20) permits and seventy (70) inspections. <br /> <br /> Town Counil member Andy Pygman reported he had talked with Jack Wrightsman about the <br /> outside storage of used tires at a business behind Crystal Flash. The Commission expects another <br /> report at the next Plan Commission meeting. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Commission at tiffs time, a motion was made <br /> by Commissioner Campbell, second by Commissioner Kimmel to adjoum the meeting. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooreswille Plan Commission will be held on Thursday, <br /> July 24, 1997 at 7:00 P.
