the existing barn. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway presented the Southbridge Crossing amendments to pre'~iously recorded <br />"material". Tiffs is changing the dimensions on Minor Plat, changing zoning on Minor Plat to a <br />PUDC and configuration of Lot 4A, B, and C. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, <br />second by Cormnissioner Young to recommend to the Town Council to include Lots 1 & 3 in the <br />PUD off a Minor Plat subject to placement of fire hydrants needed. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Kimmel to amend other <br />pLrD and add Lots 4A, 3A, 4B, and 4C. Motion carried 9-0. For 911 purposes the Town <br />Council has to name the street in the complex to Southbridge Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner Kimmel to find Brookmore <br />sanitary lines won't be an adverse effect on the Environment. Motion can/ed unanimous .ly. <br /> <br />The Commission opened a letter of complaint of a computer business at 545 North Indiana Street. <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman v~4.11 look into this matter. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed a new Real Estate office on St. Rd. 267 north of the Gravel Pit which <br />is zoned Agriculture. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner <br />Ehrhart to refer the matter to the Town Attorney Tim Currens. Motion carried 9-0. <br /> <br />Also discussed was a Professional office of an attorney, Susan Neeley, operating out of a residence <br />at 3081 St. Rd. 144 west of of Five Points. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second <br />byCommissioner Campbell to have Inspector Beikman look into the matter. <br /> <br />Nix. McQueen of 136 Franklin Street appeared before the Conunission. He is operating a repair <br />shop out of a residential area. It is zoned for business, but not the type of business he is operating. <br />Tovm Attorncy Tim Currcns said Mr. McQuecn has to stop thc Business. He inforrncd Nh'. <br />McQueen he could request a variance or a re-zone but there were no guarantees it would pass. <br /> <br />Inspector Joe Beikman asked for clarification on alley setbacks. <br /> <br />Shirley. Welker, 761 North Indiana Street, addressed the Commission as 'ldng questions about the <br />house ne.ct door to her. This house was prex4ously owned by Dentist Jot Comer and he had <br />applied for and received(according to Nfi's. Welker) a variance to the zoning in April of 1967. <br />Now the property has been sold to another Dentist. Mrs Welker reported longer hours of <br />business and a tot more traffic. Town Attorney Tim Ctux~ns said he would look into the matter. <br /> <br />Commissioner Campbell reported the used car lot next to Hardees in the Village Shopping Center <br />had cars parked blocking visual of drivers. He would like for someone to look into this. Article 9 <br />states a barrier is needed to stop cars rolling off the Lot. Commissioner Pygnum said this was <br />creating a hazard. He has talked to the owner before. Commissioner Kimmel said an Ordinance <br />was passed in 1977 that stated cars had to be parked 10' from street. Inspector B ' 'mkman is going <br />to see how long the car lot has been at that location and if it was there before the Town Ordinance <br />was passed. <br /> <br /> <br />
