His is the existing house on <br />the 14.5 acres purchased in 1997. Commissioner McGuire made a motion, second by <br />Commissioner Pygman to deny request on grounds this property was illegally subdivided before <br />the petition came in to the Plan Commission. Vote was 2-3 with 1 abstention and could not <br />carry. For lack of another motion this item was tabled to April 22, 1999 meeting. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Ehrhart to recommend <br />to the Town Council to rezone Weliever, one acre, on Highway 67 from Agfic. to I-1. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart, second by Commissioner Young to approve the <br />Weleiver- 1 lot Minor Plat. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Town Attorney Tim Currens handed out to the Commissioners rules on conducting Public <br />Hearings ( sample of Plainfield's rules). The Commission discussed time limits and procedures. <br />The agenda is attached to the rules and handed out at the door. Rules are also posted in various <br />places. <br /> <br />Town Attorney Tim Currens told the Commission he had sent another letter to 545 North <br />Indiana Street. Inspector Joe Beikman reported he hadn't seen any business taking place at that <br />address. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported 51 (fifty-one) permits issued and 115 (one hundred <br />fifteen) inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, motion was made <br />by Commissioner Young to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be Thursday, April 22, 1999, at 7:00 <br />P.
