County, where they helped the school there was a wade off to get a project completed. <br />They have set a precedent, but the statute authority needs to be looked at more. <br /> <br />The whole plan process should not take more than two months. Within the first thirty <br />days they should be able to tell where they are at and how much longer time is needed. <br /> <br />A discussion was held as to whether the plan could state when land is annexed, it will be <br />brought into the TIF District. Attorney Currens said it would be a good idea to state the <br />areas and say this is our intent. The areas they were talking about are the industrial areas. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Dave Kollmeyer with a second by Jim Ellis to accept the contract <br />as revised. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> The minutes from February 23, 2004 will be approved at the next meeting. <br /> <br /> Attorney Tim Currens said he thought the meetings should be held in a public forum. <br /> These meetings will be a work session but if someone has suggestions or comments they <br /> should put them in writing.
