Councihnan Warthcn abstained Police Commissioner's Knierm and Kays asked the Council for permission to hire a nexv police officer. This officer would be the third one on the Cops Fast Grant. Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councihnan Clark to approve hiring a new Police Officer. Motion carried 5-0. Street Commissioner Joe Beikman informed the Council he is checking into Snow Removal Emergency reimbursement money frmn the State. Dan Tingle, WWTP Superintendent, told the Council he would like for them to be thinking about expansion of the Wastewater Treat~nent Plant which will probably need to be done within the next 5-8 years. Councilman Pygman publicly thanked Dan Tingle for helping R. J Associates Mobile l lomc Park with their Treatment Plant.
