0'7 Animal Control Officer, Mark Taylor, reported sixteen (16) calls, seven (7) impounds, and four (4) returned. Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Dolen to approve payment of the claims. Motion carried 5-0. There being no further business to come before the council at this time, a motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Clark to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0. The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be on Tuesday, February 20, 2001, at 6:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall to interview potential candidates for EDC Director. Town Council members present: President Tom Warthen, Andy Pygman, Toby Dolen, John L. Town Council members present were: President Tom Warthen, Mark Mathis, Toby Dolen, Andy Pygman, and John L. Clark. No members were absent. Town attorney Tim Currens was present. Jeremy Town of Church of God gave the prayer before the meeting. Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to approve minutes of February 6, 2001 meeting. Motion carried 5-0. Pam Sterrett did not appear at the meeting. She will be moved to March 6, 2001 meeting. Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Clark to approve the Agreement and Notice to Proceed with HNTB for the settling tank project at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Motion carded 5-0.
