Steve Edwards requested Street Superintendent Joe <br /> Beikman to have this space removed. <br /> <br /> Park Superintendent Brent Callahan reported a successful <br /> Halloween event at the park with an excellent turnout. Motion was made by Councilman Ballard and second by <br /> Councilman Heald to approve the bills and claims. No Council members were absent. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> The Wmsta Water Treatment Plant reported that the average flow for October <br />was 1.03 million gallons. The decrease in flow can be credited to the work <br />being done on sewer lines to stop infilltration. <br /> <br /> Economic Development Director Randy Haymaker asked the Council to appoint. <br />a committee to review the options of a 457 retirement plan for town employees. <br /> <br /> Council President Edwards appointed Councilman Heald and Forbes along <br />with Clerk-Treasurer Ann Whaley and EDC Director Randy Haymaker to serve <br />on the Retirement Plan Committee. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Councilman Heald <br />to approve $6,000.00 for HNTB to design the lift station for the south sewer <br />line to Crosby Road. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Council attorney Tim Currens advised the Council that he had once again <br />reviewed the janitorial bids in response to an inquiry by Sandy McMahon in regard <br />to the posting of a bond by the successful bidder. Mr. Currens' affirmed that the <br />bids were in order and a bond has been posted by DEKAB the successful bidder. <br /> <br /> <br />
