Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Councilman Edwards to <br /> adopt Ordinance #7-1991 An Ordinance to Rezone the Rawlings property located on <br /> South State Road 67 from agricultural to 12. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman Forbes to <br /> approve a roadblock for Century 21 Easter Seal drive on May 11, 1991 from <br /> 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman Forbes to <br /> adopt Resolution #4-1991 A Resolution for the Extension of the Kendrick Hospital <br /> Economic Development Bonds. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman Forbes to <br /> adopt Resolution #5-1991 A resolution to obtain two appraisals on property on <br /> the east side of town to enable the Council to explore the possibility of purchasing <br /> this property. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman Forbes to <br /> accept the low cemetery mowing bid of Pitman Mowing Services. Motion carried <br /> unanalnously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman Forbes to <br /> adopt Ordinance #8-1991 An Ordinance to amend Ordinance #17-1990 the Salary <br /> Ordinance for 1991. This Ordinance enables the volunteer firefighters to <br /> become part time town employees. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Mary Keller inquired of the Council the findings of the possibility <br /> of making a donation to the Indiana Merchant Marines. She was advised that <br /> would be addressed when there is a full council present. <br /> <br /> Motion to pay the bills and claims was made by Councilman Edwards, second <br /> by Councilman Forbes.
