170 <br /> <br /> November 3, 1992 <br /> The regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council was held <br /> Tuesday, November 3, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Council members present were Dick Heald, Tim Viles, Steve Edwards, <br /> Pat Overholser and Steve Ballard. No Council members were absent. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to adopt Ordinance #24-1992 an Ordinance to Rezone the <br /> Pennington property located at 1606 East State Road 144 to PUD-R <br /> Motion carried unanamously. · <br /> <br /> Allen Deerwester of Environmental Development appeared before <br /> the Council to request the release of certain escrow funds for Rooker <br /> Trace - Section 1. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles and second by Councilman <br /> Heald to release certain escrow funds for Rooker Trace - Section 1 <br /> contingent upon approval by Street Superintendent Joe Beikman. <br /> Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman <br /> Edwards to continue the due process hearing scheduled for November <br /> 10, 1992. The date of the hearing will be determined at the next <br /> Town Council meeting, November 17, 1992. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by <br /> Councilman Viles to approve Ordinance #22-1992 Town of Mooresville <br /> Ordinance Weight Violations, 1992 as amended. Motion carried <br /> unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman <br /> Edwards to waive the sewer hook-on fee for Lester White as he has <br /> been paying a sewer bill for several years and has not been receiving <br /> sewer service as he was not hooked on to the sewer. Motion carried <br /> unanamously. <br /> <br /> Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported he received <br /> fourteen (14) calls, fifteen (15) animals impounded two (2) <br /> returned to owners. ' <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman <br /> Viles to approve the request for payment for Reynolds Construction <br /> in the amount of $41,754.55 from the Indiana Department of Commerce <br /> from our Community Focus Fund Grant. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman <br /> Edwards to approve the bills and claims. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Mooresville <br /> Town Council at this time motion to adjourn was made by Councilman <br /> Edwards second by Councilman Heald.
