180 <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to allow the Village Condos to own and operate their <br /> own lift station with the maintenance provided by the Town of <br /> Mooresville through a contract which will be drawn up by Town <br /> attorney Tim Currens. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser, second by Council- <br /> man Viles to approve an escrow agreement for Environmental <br /> Development - Rooker Trace, Section IV in the amount of $54,552.00. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilman <br /> Edwards to adopt on second reading Ordinance #3-1993 An Ordinance <br /> Restricting Use of Public Fire Hydrants. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilman <br /> Viles to approve the agreements to receive public funds of <br /> political subdivisions for the following financial institutions: <br /> Mooresville Savings Bank, Citizens Bank, First National Bank <br /> and Bank One Indianapolis. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to approve contracts from the following agencies for <br /> the town to provide dispatch services for: Brown Township Volunteer <br /> Fire Department, Madison Township Volunteer Fire Department, <br /> Life Star Ambulance, Harrison Township Volunteer Fire Department. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> The Council discussed the letter received from the Brown <br /> Township Trustee stating he and his advisory board could not <br /> attend this evenings Council meeting. The Council will extend <br /> an invitation to the Brown Township Trustee and his Advisory <br /> Board to attend the March 16, 1993 Council meeting. <br /> <br /> The Council instructed Fire Chief Darrell Brown to advertise <br /> the sale of the Mack Fire Truck. <br /> <br /> Economic Development Director Randy Haymaker advised the <br /> Council that bids for the Chlorination-Dechlorination system <br /> for the Waste Water Treatment Plant will be opened March 9, 1993 <br /> at 1:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> EDC Director Randy Haymaker asked the Council to hold an <br /> executive session in order to evaluate Mr. Haymaker's job <br /> performance. The Council will hold an executive session for <br /> this purpose immediately following the next Council meeting, <br /> March 2, 1993. <br /> <br /> Animal Control officer Mark Taylor reported he received <br /> twelve (12) calls, two (2) animals were impounded. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to approve the bills and claims. Motion carried unani- <br /> mously. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Council at <br /> this time motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Overholser <br /> second was made by Councilman Heald.
