Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> President <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk-Treasurer~ <br /> <br /> April 17, 1995 <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Town Council met in regular session Monday, <br /> April 17, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Council members present were Pat Overholser, Tim Viles, <br /> Bill Wright, Andy Pygman and Dick Heald. No members were absent. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meetings were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Mr. David Stafford appeared before the Council .requesting a <br /> roadblock for the girls soccer team for Saturday, April 29, 1995. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilman <br /> Wright to approve the roadblock for the girls soccer team for <br /> April 29, 1995. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Mills before the Council the <br /> appeared <br /> requesting <br /> Council declare May 14, 1995 Myrtle Keller Day in Mooresville as <br /> that is Ms. Keller's 100th birthday. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Pygman, second by Councilman <br /> Viles proclaiming May 14, 1995 Myrtle Keller Day in Mooresville <br /> honoring Ms. Keller's lOOth birthday. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Kupke and Mr. Monte Gardner of HNTB appeared before <br /> the Council to brief the Council on existing sewer projects and <br /> operations of the treatment plant. Mr. Kupke advised the Council <br /> that Dan Tingle, the assistant wastewater treatment plant super- <br /> intendent, will be taking the test to receive his class III <br /> certification on May 25, 1995. Mr. Gardner advised the Council <br /> that the south side sewer project to Ambassador Steele has been <br /> started and the contractor has stated the project will be completed <br /> in the specified time. Mr. Kupke and Mr. Gardner advised the <br /> Council that HNTB will assist the Town in any manner the Council <br /> sees fit during this transition at the wastewater treatment plant. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser, second by <br /> Councilman Pygman to approve a resolution for transfer of funds, <br /> transferring $1,400.00 from general town hall 3-523 heat, to <br /> general town hall 3-652 maintenance agreements. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilwoman <br /> Overholser to adopt Ordinance #19-1994 Concerning the Annual <br /> Compensation of the Officials and Employees of the Civil Town of <br /> Mooresville, Indiana.
