Street Commissioner, Joe Beikman reported he could only get one <br />(1) bid not three (3) for the South Street Sewer Project.Mr. Beikman <br />stated the South Street Sewer Project amount could be added to the <br />North End Sewer Project. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Hensley, second by Councilman <br />Pygman to proceed with the South Street Sewer Project and add to the <br />North End Sewer Project. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Councilman Dolen made a motion for adjournment, second by <br />Councilman Wright. No members were <br />absent. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Hensley, second by Councilman Dolen to <br /> approve the minutes of the October 7, 1996 meeting. Motion carried <br /> unanimously, <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway and Associates presented the Holston Bible <br /> PUD for final zoning approval. The revised PUD has eight (8) lots <br /> instead of nine (9) lots. The one lot was made as part of the <br /> retention area. One-eighth of the entire area is now retention area. <br /> The Lift Station will cost $1.49 per month plus minimum charge of IPL. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Hensley, second by Councilman Wright to <br /> approve the PUD with compliance on alarming the lift station with <br /> Dan Tingle's (Waste Water Treatment Plant) approval. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br /> Dave Dodson appeared before the Council concerning a water problem <br /> at his trailer located on East South Street. His concern was shifting <br /> of his trailer and possibly tipping over. Mr. Dodson indicated there <br /> was a ditch along the area but has been filled in. The Council explained <br /> storm water can't go into the Treatment Plant, it costs too much money <br /> to treat storm water. The Council's recommendation was to have Building <br /> <br /> <br />
