Building Inspector, Joe Beikman said that after Karrington Estates <br /> is completed he thought the problem should be mostly corrected. <br /> <br /> Councilman Hensley reported a request for an Ordinance for a fifteen <br /> (15) minute parking on the West side of Jefferson Street next to <br /> the Police Station at 104 West Main Street. The Council agreed and <br /> Town Attorney Tim Currens will take care of the Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported sixteen (16) calls, five <br />._,--~ (5) impounded, and two (2) returned. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Wright, second by Councilman Hensley to <br /> approve a swimming pool sewer exemption for Larry Eicher of 133 <br /> North Indiana Street. Motion carried 3-1 with Councilman Dolen opposed. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Hensley to <br /> approve the payment of the claims. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Town Council at <br /> this time, motion was made by Councilman Hensley, second by Councilman <br /> Dolen to adjourn the meeting. M. at the Mooresville <br /> Town HalL. <br /> <br /> Council members present were: President Mark Mathis, Toby Dolen, <br /> Andy Pygman, Bill Wright. Councilman Jim Hensley was absent. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Wright <br /> to approve the minutes of the December 2, 1996 meeting. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Councilman Pygman stated the Lion's Club had inquired wanting <br /> relief on the sewer billing at the Old Town Park for seven (7) <br /> of the twelve (12) months. The Council agreed the Sewer Ordinance <br /> would have to be looked at very carefully to see if this could <br /> be accomplished. <br /> <br /> The Cleaning Bids will be looked at and discussed at the December <br /> 30, 1996 meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Wright, second by Councilman Dolen to <br /> approve the connection fees for Lin-E1 Corp. of $7,020,00 for the <br /> sewer. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Wright to <br /> approve the Resolution for Transferring Monies.
