Motion calried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Town Attorney Tim Currens presented Ordinance #6, 1997 for a re-zone for Randy Beck from R- <br /> 1 to PUD-R. The Plan Commission lind voted unanhnous on this re-zone. Motion was made by <br /> Councilman Hensley, second by Councilman Wright to approve the re-zone in Ordinance # 6, <br /> 1997. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br /> Kurt Freeman from Mooresville Consolidated School District requested pelmission from the Town <br /> Council for a sewer hook-on for the property they are buying on Landersdale Road from Vic <br /> Young. Tiffs fldrty-eight and one-half acres (381/2) could house sporting event fields before the <br /> actual building of the school, which would necessitate sewer and water hook-ons at an earlier time. <br /> Their offer to buy the land is contingcnt upon sewer hook-on approval. Motion was made by <br /> Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Pygman to approve the School hooking on to the <br /> sewer ,which would mean being annexed to the Town of Mooreswille. Motion carded <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br /> Next Attorney Currens presented the Council with a Deed of Dedication from Reeker Run <br /> Section 5. Motion was made by Councihnan Ilensley, second by Councilman Dolen to approve <br /> · the Deed of Dedication of Reeker Run Section 5. Motion carfled unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councihnan Hensley to approve Ordinance # <br /> 7, 1997 amending the 1996 Salary Ordinance. Tiffs is to change the salaries in the Clerk <br /> Treasurer's office due to changes in personnel.
