Councilman Hensley opposed. <br /> President Mathis reported the State Board of Accounts has requested thc Health lnsumm;¢ <br /> appropriations for all departments be transferred to a separate fund called Self Insured 1 lealth <br /> insurance Fund on August 1, 1998. Each department will still appropriate a line item fur l lealth <br /> Insurance and a line item for Other Insurance in their budgets. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councihnan Wright to approve payment of <br />~ the claims.
