President Mathis announced there were not enough mcmbcls <br /> present to have a quorum, therefore the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br /> The next regular scheduled meeting will be on Wednesday, November 4, 1998, at 7:30 1'. M. at <br /> the Mooresville Town Hall, due to Election Day on Tuesday. <br /> <br /> October 27, 1998 <br /> <br /> A special meeting of the Mooresville Town Council was held on Tuesday, October 27, 1998, at <br /> 7:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Council members present: President Mark Mathis, Toby Dolen, Ji~n 1 lcnsley, Andy l'ygman, <br /> and Bill Wright. No members were absent. Town Attorney Tim Currens was present. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Wright to approve the minutes <br /> ofthe October 6, 1998 meeting and the October 20, 1998 ( no meeting). Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Hensley, second by Councihnan Dolen to pass Resolution 6, <br /> 1998, establishing an Economic Revitilization Area in Flagstaff Industrial Park fi,' Viking <br /> Power Tools and Jack K. Elrod Co. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Wright, second by Councilman Pygman to pass Resolution 7, <br /> 1998, designating an Economic Revitilization Area for Weliever Chevrolet on Highway 67. <br /> Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Wright, second by Councihnan ltensley to app~m'c a 'l'~anslitr <br /> of Funds: <br /> <br /> FROM AMOUNT TO <br /> Build Ind.
