March 7, 1989 <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Town Board of Trustees met in executive <br /> session Tuesday, March 7, 1989 at 7:00p.m. at Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Present were Trustee Dick Heald, Pat Overholser, Steve <br /> Edwards, Jack Forbes and Mike Fiscus. Economic Development <br /> Commissioner Randy Haymaker, and Street Commissioner Joe <br /> Beikman and Town Attorney Tim Currens. <br /> <br /> The board was advised that the Properties located at 257 <br /> and 259 South Park Drive have a sewer easement which dates back <br /> to 1959. The easement is not clear in regard to billing for <br /> sewer usage. <br /> <br /> Board attorney Tim Currens advised the board he would <br /> research the Town Board minutes of 1959 to see if there is any <br /> additional information on this matter. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Heald to adjourn, Trustee <br />Edwards second. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> President <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk-Treasurer q <br /> <br /> March 7, 1989 <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the Mooresville Board of Trustees <br />was held on Tuesday, March 7, 1989 at 7:30p.m. at Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Present were Trustee Dick Heald, Pat Overholser, Steve <br />Edwards, Jack Forbes and Mike Fiscus. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Mr. De Wayne Gaddis appea~ed before the board in regard <br />to the maintenance of the easement of his property. Board <br />Attorney Tim Currens stated that all the adjourning property <br />owners have a right to use the easement therefore it will be <br />necessary for all the property owners to come to an agreement <br />on the maintenance of the easement. Mr. Currens will contact <br />the respective property owners to work out a solution of this <br />problem. <br /> <br /> <br />
