Dianne Grindean appeared before the board to request a <br />road block for Easter Seals on April 22, 1989 at 9:00 a.m. <br />Proof of insurance will be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer's <br />office. <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Overholser and second by Trustee <br />Edwards to approve the road block. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Allen Rhoades, 315 E. High Street Appeared before <br />the board to request the paving of the alley between East <br />High Street and East South Street. <br /> Mr. Brad Chitwood of Maryvale Court appeared before the <br />board in regard to the complaint by his neighbors of loud <br />music coming from Mr. Chitwood's home. <br /> Board attorney Tim Currens advised all parties that due <br /> to the fact that the town does not have a noise ordinance <br /> this was a civil matter not a town matter. <br /> Trustee Heald advised the board that it is time to <br /> advertise for bids for mowing the cemetery. The board decided <br /> to offer the property purchased from Indianapolis Power and <br /> Light to the FFA for the summer projects. <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Edwards and second by Trustee <br /> Forbes to approve the following additional appropriation: <br /> <br /> FRS To Senior Citizens 3-963 $5,000 <br /> Park Account to Swimming Pool Construction <br /> 4-510 $88,000. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Motion was made by Trustee Heald and second by Trustee <br /> Overholser to approve the bills and claims.
