The Board reviewed and discussed Findings for width to <br />depth ratio for lots 1 and 2 of the William Wright minor plat <br />to see that they met specifications for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Alan Kramer to <br />approve width to depth ratio for lots 1 and 2 of the William <br />Wright minor plat. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Findings for side set <br />backs reducing set backs from 12' to 11.2' on lot #3 and <br />reducing side set backs from 12' to 5.7' on lot #4 of the <br />William Wright minor plat to see that it met specifications <br />for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer, second by Vern Kimmel to <br />approve the variance for reducing side set backs on lot #3 <br />from 12' to 11.2' and reducing side set backs on lot #4 from <br />12' to 5.7' on the William Wright minor plat. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Findings for front <br />building set backs on lot #1 reducing them from 40' to <br />10' on the William Wright minor plat to see that it met <br />specifications for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Alan Kramer to <br />approve the front building set backs from 40' to 10' on <br />lot #1 of the William Wright minor plat. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals representing Mr. Bill Parks with a request <br />for a variance for width to depth ratio on lot #2 of the <br />Parks minor plat. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed the Findings for width <br />to depth ratio for lot #2 of the Parks minor plat to see that <br />the request met specifications for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer, second by Charles <br />McGuire to approve the request for width to depth ratio for <br />lot #2 of the Parks minor plat.
