The Board reviewed and discussed the Findings for use on <br />placement for and advertising sign for Best Homes on State <br />Road 67. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Alan <br />Kramer to approve the placement of an advertising sign for <br />a period of two (2) years for Best Homes on State Road 67. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Phil Smith appeared before the Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals with a request for a variance for placement <br />and maintenance of an advertising sign for Best Homes on <br />State Road 144, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, <br />Township 13 North, Range 2/E. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Findings for use on <br />placement of an advertisement sign for Best Homes on State <br />Road 144 and found that it did not meet requirements 1, 2 <br />or 3 of the Findings. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Tom <br />Warthen to deny the petition for placement of an <br />advertisement sign for Best Homes on State Road 144. <br />Motion to deny the petition carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals representing the Mooresville Medical LLC <br />with a request to reduce sign set backs from 30' to 10' in <br />Town Center. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Findings to reduce set <br />backs for a sign from 30' to 10' for Mooresville Medical LLC <br />in Town Center to see that the request met approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Alan Kramer to <br />approve sign set backs from 30' to 10' for Mooresville <br />Medical LLC in Town Center. Motion carried 4 - 1. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Charles McGuire, second by Vern Kimmel. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals will be held Wednesday, December 13, 1995 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />
