MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> Comes now the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals and pursuant to the evidence <br />presented at the public hearing held November 15, 1995 reviewed the petition filed by Bill Parks <br />on Park's Minor Plat requesting a variance from the width to depth ratio on Lot 2 of Park's <br />Minor Plat and the Board now makes the following Findings of Fact pursuant to IC 36-7-4- <br /> <br />918.5: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approval will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general <br />welfare of the community due to the topography of the ground and the adjoining uses; <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will <br />not be affected in a substantially adverse manner due to the lay out of the ground and nature of <br />adjoining uses; <br /> <br /> 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance will result in practical <br />difficulties in the use of the property if this width to depth ratio is not granted due to the <br />topography of the land. <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals now grants the width to depth ratio variance <br />on Lot 2 of Park's Minor Plat this 15th day of ~g~mber, 1995. <br /> <br /> Pres~ident <br /> <br /> cretary { <br /> <br /> <br />
