MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the <br />variance request filed by Eugene D. Perry and Barbara J. Perry <br />concerning the real property described in Plat Book 81 Page 155 in <br />the office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana consisting of <br />.2 acres on Bridge St. and having reviewed the request for variance <br />at a Public Hearing held July 19, 1995 and finding notices to be in <br />order the Board now makes the following Findings of Fact pursuant <br />to IC 36-7-4-918.5: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approval of the reduced parking requirements at <br />this location from 2 parking spaces per office for a maximum of 16 <br />spaces for an 8 unit office building with a finding that the size <br />of the offices and uses would not be injurious to the public <br />health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community. <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property <br />included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially <br />adverse manner due to the size of the offices and the location in <br />the Town. <br /> <br /> 3. The strict application of the terms of this Zoning <br />Ordinance will result in practical difficulties in the use of the <br />property due to the size and location of the area. <br /> <br /> The Board then proceeded to Findings of Fact for the variance <br />request for a B-2 zoning use in an I-2 zoning classification under <br />IC 36-7-4-918.4: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approval of the variance will not be injurious to <br />the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the <br /> <br /> <br />
