The strict application of the terms of this Zoning <br />Ordinance will result constitute an unnecessary hardship if applied <br />to the property for which the variance is sought due to the nature <br />of the surrounding uses and what is consistent with the proposed <br />use fronting on Bridge St. <br /> <br /> 5.
