MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> <br /> WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 1992 - 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular <br />scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, Alan <br />Kramer, Steve Oschman and Don Barry. Also present was the Board's <br />attorney, Timothy C. Currens. No members were absent. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve May's minutes was made by Don Barry. A second <br />was made by Alan Kramer. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Marilyn Head came before the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals to request a variance for width to depth ratio, and a <br />variance for sidewalks at 1261 Greencastle Road. <br /> <br /> Plans for Mr. & Mrs. Head's request were passed out for <br /> <br />the Zoning members to review <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Steve Oschman to grant the requests for <br /> <br />the variances. A second was made by Vern Kimmel. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> Attorney Ralph Foley came before the Mooresville Board of <br /> <br />Zoning Appeals to represent Environmental Development Corporation <br /> <br />with a request for width to depth variances in Rooker Trace, Section III <br /> <br />on lots 81, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 93 and 94, and a variance on lot 82 <br />for the set back distance to be reduced from 40' to 30'. <br /> <br /> Mr. Foley passed out the layouts of Rooker Trace, Section III <br />for the Board members to review. <br /> <br /> The Board read the Findings of Fact to see that the request <br /> <br /> <br />
